Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We gladly process exchanges or replacements for eligible cases under our policies.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase for the following:
- Wrong item received
- Product received with manufacturer defect
- Item damaged during shipment (with unboxing video proof)
⚠️ Change of mind is not covered under our exchange policy.
What is covered under warranty?
All Mia Maison scenting devices include a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects only.
Covered issues may include:
- Device not powering on
- Malfunctions not caused by external factors
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental drops, water exposure, misuse
- Unauthorized repair or tampering
- General wear and tear from improper use (including use of non-recommended oil)
How do I claim a warranty or exchange?
Email us at sales@miamaisonfragrances.com or call us at (02) 7120-0369 with the following:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photo and/or unboxing video (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item is damaged due to shipping, we’ll send a replacement free of charge, provided:
- You record a full unboxing video clearly showing the damage
- You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item
📌 No unboxing video = No replacement.
Photos alone are not accepted for shipping damage claims.
