Where are your products made?
Our fragrance oils are imported from Spain, formulated to meet international quality standards and carefully blended locally to suit tropical environments and Filipino scent preferences.

Are your oils safe to use at home?
Yes. Our oils are phthalate-free, formulated with home safety in mind, and are designed to be used with specific devices like diffusers, burners, and scenting machines.

What’s the difference between your oil types?
We offer five core types:

• Water-Based Oils – For humidifiers and diffusers (with water)
• Aromatic Solutions – For scenting machines like MiaPro150 and AstroPro Series
• Reed Diffusers – Passive scenting with no power needed
• Room & Linen Spray – Instant fragrance for fabrics and rooms
• Aromatherapy Oils – For manual/electric burners or candle warmers

Do your oils need to be diluted?

• Water-Based Oils: We recommend diluting 1 bottle cap worth of oil (5ml) to 100ml of water.
• Aromatic Solutions: Do not dilute. Use as-is for best performance in scenting machines.

How do I clean my diffuser or scenting machine?
Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. For water-based devices, rinse and air dry after every few uses to prevent buildup.

How long do your scents last?
It depends on the device and space. For example:

• Reed diffusers: 4–6 weeks
• Aromatic solutions in scenting machines: Can last 30+ days with regular programmed use
• Sprays: Instant, but can linger on fabrics for hours

Shipping Coverage

We ship to most locations across the Philippines via NinjaVan. If your area is out of their delivery zone, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and item weight.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If NinjaVan is unable to deliver after three (3) attempts, your order may be returned to us. We will contact you for re-delivery arrangements, which may incur additional charges.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. An unboxing video is required as proof for any damage or replacement claims.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase for the following:

• Wrong item received
• Product received with manufacturer defect
• Item damaged during shipment (with unboxing video proof)

⚠️ Change of mind is not covered under our exchange policy.

What is covered under warranty?

All Mia Maison scenting devices include a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects only.

Covered issues may include:

• Device not powering on
• Malfunctions not caused by external factors

Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental drops, water exposure, misuse
• Unauthorized repair or tampering
• General wear and tear from improper use (including use of non-recommended oil)
  

How do I claim a warranty or exchange?

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photo and/or unboxing video (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item is damaged due to shipping, we’ll send a replacement free of charge, provided:

• You record a full unboxing video clearly showing the damage
• You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item

No unboxing video = No replacement.
Photos alone are not accepted for shipping damage claims.
