Shipping Coverage

We ship to most locations across the Philippines via NinjaVan. If your area is out of their delivery zone, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and item weight.
  • Free shipping promos may apply on select items or during promotional periods. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your NinjaVan tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery via their tracking page:

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If NinjaVan is unable to deliver after three (3) attempts, your order may be returned to us. We will contact you for re-delivery arrangements, which may incur additional charges.


Shipping Issues or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. An unboxing video is required as proof for any damage or replacement claims.
